The centre’s staff will set up and observe the virtual session, ensuring that all participants can engage with one another in a secure and controlled environment. This service is particularly useful for families who are separated by distance or when in-person visits are not possible. The centre’s staff will be available throughout the session to provide any necessary technical support or guidance to help make the virtual family time a meaningful and productive experience. Reports will be provided of the interactions and conversations that took place between the non-resident parent and the child/children.
