Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
All products sold on this site are instant-download digital files (PDFs). Because these are delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund window is shorter than a typical physical product return policy.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, provided there is a genuine issue with the product – for example, a corrupted file, a file that fails to download, or content that is significantly different from what was described.
Since digital files can be downloaded and used immediately, we’re unable to offer refunds simply for a change of mind once the file has been accessed.
Non-refundable situations
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Change of mind after downloading the file
- Printing or usage issues unrelated to the file itself (e.g. printer settings, paper size, home printer quality)
How to request a refund
If you believe there’s a genuine problem with your purchase, contact us at familyfirmworcs@gmail.com within 7 days, including your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We’ll review your request and respond as quickly as we can.
Approved refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider – if it hasn’t appeared after a few days, we’d suggest checking with them directly, as the delay is sometimes on their end rather than ours.
